Terms of service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions stipulate the terms of use for the online lessons and other services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by [Hai Tai Yuki Sensei's Japanese Language School] (hereinafter referred to as the "Class").

 

Article 2 (Scope)

These terms and conditions apply to all users (hereinafter referred to as the "Students") who use the Service.

 

Article 3 (Registration)

Students shall agree to these terms and conditions and register for use in the manner specified by the Class.

The Class may refuse or cancel a student's registration if there are any deficiencies or false information in the student's registration.

 

Article 4 (Tuition and Payment)

Students shall pay the tuition fees set by the Class in the prescribed manner.

If tuition payment is delayed, the Class may suspend the provision of the service or terminate the contract.

As a general rule, tuition fees will not be refunded unless otherwise approved by the Class.

 

Article 5 (Provision of Services)

The Service is provided via the Internet, and students shall ensure that they have an appropriate communication environment at their own risk.

The school reserves the right to change lesson content or adjust schedules as necessary.

In the event of a temporary interruption to service due to a system failure or communication environment problem, the school will respond to such requests within reasonable limits, but will not be held responsible.

 

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Students must not engage in the following acts.

Defamation or nuisance of the school, instructors, or other students

Unauthorized recording, audio recording, screenshots, etc. of lesson content and provision to third parties

Any acts that interfere with the operation of this service

Any other acts that the school deems inappropriate

 

Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)

The school will properly manage students' personal information and will not provide it to third parties without permission.

Personal information may be used to the extent necessary for the provision and operation of this service.

 

Article 8 (Withdrawal and Termination of Contract)

Students may withdraw from the school in accordance with the procedures set forth by the school.

If a student violates these terms and conditions, the school may terminate the contract without prior notice.

 

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The school is not responsible for any damages caused by technical problems or force majeure in providing this service.

The school is not responsible for any troubles that arise from the use of this service by students.

 

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The school reserves the right to change these terms as necessary.

The changed terms will be announced on the school's website, etc., and students will be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms if they continue to use this service.

 

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by Japanese law.

Disputes relating to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of jurisdiction.

Supplementary Provision

These terms shall come into effect on 1st March 2025.
